REFUND POLICY

We know that life happens—and we do our best to honor both your flexibility and the integrity of our offerings.

 

💸 All Ticket Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our planning, space reservations, and upfront costs, all ticket purchases are non-refundable.

 

🔄 Transfers Are Allowed
Can’t make it? You’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another person—just send us an email at info@lolaandber.com with their full name and email at least 72 hours before the event.

 

🌀 If We Cancel or Reschedule
If FreeNM Fest is canceled or rescheduled for any reason, you’ll be given the option to receive a credit for a future event or request a refund. We’ll communicate everything clearly via the email you registered with.

 

🧘 Compassion Clause
We’re humans first. If an emergency or exceptional circumstance comes up, reach out. We can’t promise refunds, but we’ll always listen with care.
