Accessibility Statement
At FreeNM Fest, we are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive space where everyone can feel safe, seen, and supported.
🌈 Our Commitment
We believe joy, connection, and play should be accessible to all bodies, abilities, and experiences. While our event spaces are non-traditional and often outdoors, we are actively working to reduce barriers and meet individual needs wherever possible.
♿ Physical Accessibility
Our venue includes outdoor and nature-based areas that may involve grass, gravel, or uneven terrain. We aim to:
Keep main activity spaces reachable with mobility aids when feasible
Offer seating options throughout the event
Provide rest areas and low-sensory spaces for grounding
Please contact us ahead of time if you have specific mobility, sensory, or medical needs—we’re happy to co-create accommodations.
🔉 Communication & Sensory Needs
Let us know if you need:
A printed or digital schedule in advance
Quiet zones or sensory-friendly modifications
A designated support person or buddy system
We’ll do our best to support your comfort and participation.
🤝 A Living Practice
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment—not a checklist. If there’s something we’ve missed or a way we can do better, we want to hear from you.
Reach out at info@lolanandber.com and let’s stay in conversation.
